Is it February again??

I really hate February. Yeah, that's right. And you know why? Cause it is the "I get sick" month!!! It's been that way for several years now and 2013 was no exception. I guess I shouldn't complain. I hardly ever get sick. Just a month out of the year. (I'm probably jinxing myself though.) This has been the worst case of strep I have had. Fever. 2 days 3 nights. Can't move out of bed. Throat starts to REALLY hurt on day 2.  Go to doctor. Get the medicine. Start getting better, right?? Oh no! Not this time! We are going into the 5th day people! The fever is mostly gone. Still on ibuprofen for the headaches which are constant. Throat has never stopped burning. Hurts to eat, drink, think, blink.,,,,(this may be gross but....you know those white things on your tonsils that are a sure sign of strep? yeah, i can see mine in the mirror with no flashlight cause there's a lot!) Anyway, here's to hoping something wonderful happens and my 5-year-olds sweet little prayer that "mom will be better tomorrow" will occur. Maybe I should have been more specific in my prayers......
