Look Tara, I did it!!

I saw this idea on Tara's crafty blog. Emmalee (& Blake) are ALWAYS getting holes in the jeans. Since it's the look, I let her go to school with holey pants. J/k. I'm just too lazy to do anything about it!! So I saw this cute idea and decided to give it a try. Yeah for me! My little homemade patch!

Emmalee's puppet

Emmalee's first project in Kindergarten!
She had to pick a book and make a puppet of the main character. She picked a little mermaid book. And she wanted the puppet with the strings attached to it. I said good luck and Jerek said sure. So you can guess who ended up helping with this project. I got some pictures of making it, but I didn't get one of the final project!! And now it is hanging up at the school for all to see! So I'll have to post a picture later on that. . .. . .

Our Favorite Dessert!

I think this has to be our absolute favorite snacky dessert. (It's like a snack but so rich it's a dessert.) The recipe is found on the back of the chocolate chex cereal box. It's the carmel chocolate chex (or something like that). If you haven't tried this out, it is a must!! Yummy! If you can't find the recipe just let me know. You can also do it with any chex cereal but chocolate is the best!

Discovery Center & Park

Last weekend Emmalee had a class at the Discovery Center. So Addi, Blake, & I played there and at the park. It was actually a nice day. And it was nice to be outside with the kids. Addi likes to climb up the  slide.
