Kitchen Update

YES! My kitchen is done.....mostly. :) It's actually been finished for a couple of weeks. I'm just waiting on my sweet hunny to put on a stubborn door & to put on my new faucet that I bought a month ago. He insists on not doing it until he is finished with his project . . .. which was started in February, a month before I even started the kitchen (I know, slow). I am a VERY patient woman. . .but I'm getting tired of waiting.

So I started my next project. Not a painting one. (Although I just bought a little side table at a garage sale that I am going to paint.) I've been sewing!! Check it out:

My computer got a virus, a pretty bad one, so I haven't been able to get to my pictures lately. I'm so glad I have a computer savvy hunny that can fix it for me!! I gave the girls haircuts a couple of weeks ago. Since most of you don't live by me, these are for you:

am I that boring?

He's been bored all day. So bored, he fell asleep. I don't remember the last time this almost 5 year old boy slept during the day.

I must be boring. And that's okay with me.

See the black stuff on Blake's face? We could not get him to sit down and smile. So we gave him some licorice. He sat down. Then we asked him to smile. He found that he couldn't smile with the licorice in his mouth so he spits it out, into his hand, just long enough to put a smile on his face. Of course, by then, Addi is done.
